RETURN POLICY
If you believe you have a defective O&J Fashion product please contact us and we’ll make a refund. Include the following information in your return shipment to our facility:
- Your contact information (mailing address, phone number, email address)
- Reason for the return
- Receipt with date of purchase (if available)
Please note:
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items that are deemed normal wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement.
- Items that are deemed as a manufacturer's defect will be replaced accordingly.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Buyer takes responsible of all shipping fee. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once received at our facility, it can take 7 business days to clear inspection which would be a total processing time of 3 weeks to receive a replacement.
