WHY THIS NOTICE

This Privacy Policy is given pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 — concerning personal data protection of those who interact with the web services of the company O&J Fashion (hereon the "Company") accessible online through the Website: www.oj-fashion.com corresponding to the homepage of the official Website of the Company. This Policy only applies to the Company's Website and not to other websites consulted by the user through links.

This Policy is based also on Recommendation No. 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data assembled in the group set up under Art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17th May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the methods, time and nature of the information which the controllers of such Policy must supply the users with when the latter connect with web pages, independently of the purpose of such connection.
